Correction/Criticism!

There's a very thin difference between Correction and Criticism.
People generally tend to confuse these two!
They think that finding faults and criticising the other for those imperfections will make the other person grow and will make him be successful and the credit will go to them. But the fact is that by criticising someone, you are just letting him down, hurting him and hurt can never lead to growth.
On the other hand, if you actually want the other person to do better than before so make corrections, guide him in a way that is gentle, respectful and serenic. This will make him learn forever.
Sadly, world is getting full of negativity, people are pained and depressed because what they know is just to let down others so that they can appear powerful. I wish everyone understands that we are humans! Don't hurt others by harsh words and actions, correct and never criticise.
